Supply & Installation of VRF Outdoor Condensing Unit, VRF Indoor Units, Energy Recovery Ventilation, DX Decorative Split Units, Ducted Inline Exhaust Fans and all other works to complete the HVAC System

Plumbing

Supply & Installation of Sewage System, Storm Water System, Irrigation water system and all other related works to Complete the Plumbing system.

Firefighting

Supply & Installation of Fire Extinguishers and all other related works to complete Fire Fighting System.

Electrical

Supply and installation of SMDB’s, FDB’s, Isolators, Earthing & Lighting System, Fire Alarms with Voice Evacuation System, Emergency Lighting System, ELV Containments Only & Modification of HV Works and all other related works to complete the Electrical System.
