Scope of Work

HVAC

Design, Supply & Installation of Chillers, FAHU’s, AHU’s, FCU’s Chilled Water Pipes, Smoke and General Exhaust Fans, Pressurization Units, DX Split Units, BMS, Air Outlets &Dampers & Ducts & all other related works to complete the HVAC System.

Plumbing

Design, Supply & Installation of Water Supply Pipes, Water Hammer Arrestors, Valves, Water Meters, GRP Water Tank, Pumps (Transfer & Booster Pumps),Water Filtration Units, Electric Water Heaters, Soil Waste & Vent Pipes for Drainage, Sanitary Wares & Floor Drains, Clean Out, manhole Gully Trap &Top Gully Grating and All other related work to complete the plumbing system.

Firefighting

Design, Supply & Installation diesel electric & jockey turbine pump set, automatic sprinkler head, zone control valves, valves, fire hose cabinet, breeching inlets, pipes, fire extinguishers, FM200 system and All other related works to complete the Fire fighting Systems.

Electrical

Design, Supply and Installation of LV Switch Gear, (MDB’s, SMDB’s DB’s, Capacitor Banks ATS Panel), Generator set, LV Cables & Single core wire, Wiring Accessories, Earthing & Lightning Protection System, UPS, Isolators, Cable Tray & Trunking, PowerPoints (Wiring & Piping/Conduits with accessories), LightPoint’s( Wiring & Piping/ Conduits with accessories), UPVC Duct and manhole covers, All other works to complete the Electrical System.

Low Current

Design, Supply and Installation of CCTV System, Access control system, Master Clock System, Digital Signage System, Structured Cabling System, IPTV System Time Attendance, Gate Barrier, Paging System AV System (Containments only ), Fire Alarm System, Self Contained Monitoring System, Public Address System/Voice Evacuation System, All other Works to complete the Low Current System.
