Scope of Work

HVAC

Supply & Installation of chillers with Primary and Secondary Pumps, AHU’s, FAHU’s, FCU’s with jet Nozzle and CFD Modeling system, underg round Pre Insulated chilled water system and All other related works to complete the HVAC Systems.

Plumbing

Supply & Installation of Sewage System, Storm Water System, Lifting Stations, Sewage Treatment Plant, Gray Water, Solar System, Filtration System and All other related works to complete the Plumbing Systems.

Firefighting

Supply & Installation of Full Fire Fighting System including External hydrant, Fire Suppression System, Water Spray System, Helipad Fire Protection System, Sprinkler System, Wet System and All other related works to complete the Firefighting Systems.

Electrical

Supply & Installation of Transformer, MDB, Capacitor Bank, Isolators, Generator, SMDB’s, Earthing & Lightning Protection and All other related works to complete the Electrical Systems.

Low Current

Supply & Installation of CCTV, Access Control, Central Battery, Fire Alarm, Audio visual, Public address, SMATV, Digital Signage, Structure Cabling, BMS and All other related works to complete the Low current Systems.
