Scope of Work

HVAC

Supply & Installation of Chilled Water Air Handling Units, Chilled Water AC Fan Coil Units, DX Decorative Fan Coil Units, G.I. Duct with Insulation for A/C system, VCD’s, FD’s & MD’s, Flexible Ducts between Ducts & Plenums (Air Outlets), Air Outlets & Louvers, AC Units Condensate Drain pipes, Mechanical Identification Labels, Air Conditioning System.

Plumbing

Supply & Installation of UPVC Drainage & Storm Water Pipes & Fittings, Floor Drain, Floor Clean-out Covers and Rain Water Outlets, PPR & PEX Pipes and Fittings of different sizes for Cold Water Supply System, Plumbing Specialties (Valves, Bib Taps, AAV’s etc…) Mechanical Identification Labels & Warning Tapes & Testing & commissioning for the Plumbing System as per the normal regulation & subject to the consultant approval.

Firefighting

Supply & Installation of GI Pipes & Fittings, Sprinkler Heads (Up-Right, Recessed etc…) Fire Extinguishers (ABC, CO2, Dry Powder etc…), Fire Hose Reel Cabinets (Hose Reel, PRV’s, Landing Valve, Hose Pipe etc…), Fire Fighting Valves & Accessories (OS&Y, BF’s), Zone Control Valve Assembly, Fire Suppression Clean Agent System including control panel and accessories, Integration of New System with Existing Fire Fire Fighting System, Mechanical Identification, & Testing & commissioning of Fire Fighting System as per Abu Dhabi Civil defense requirements & subject to the consultant approval.

Electrical

Supply and installation of DB’s, Glands and Lugs, Cable Tray, Trunking & Accessories, UPVC Duct & Accessories, Earthing and Lighting , Power Points (Piping + Wiring) Light Point (Piping + Wiring) Motion Detector, Wiring Devices, Fire Alarms, Telephone System, Integration with BMS & Fire Alarm. Installation of LV Cables & Generator Set (1500 KvA), MDB’s, Capacitor Bank, SMDB’s, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical System.
